Fulbridge Social Care_ are looking in
Bradford to recruit confident, determined, and reliable individuals to help and support young people aged between 8-17 who live in Residential Home settings. The young people who live in these homes may have emotional behavioural difficulties, challenging behaviours, and mental health concerns.
As a Residential Care Assistant you will be helping in many ways including, being their role model, educator or coach all whist remaining professional.
Day to day activities may include:
-Help them with everyday life skills.
-Prompting to engage with others around them.
-Driving to and from activities, appointments etc.
-Household duties including cooking and cleaning.
The salary of the role will be £10.42 per hour, £12.75 per hour for bank holidays and £35.00 per sleep in.
Shift patterns can vary home to home, but they tend to look like:
-8am-11pm (with or without sleep in)
-3pm-11pm (with or without sleep in)
-10pm-8am (waking night)
