Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us here at bp pulse.

This is a unique opportunity to work for a growing business with big ambitions to shift to a greener future.


As TA Specialist you will be at the heart of supporting our ongoing growth as we continue to build our teams across the business.

You will be working with a variety of stakeholders, providing a comprehensive end to end best practice recruitment service.

This role works strategically and proactively to source top talent and gives support and guidance to hiring managers on a variety of key and often high priority resourcing requirements.


Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Build effective working relationships with hiring managers, providing advice and guidance on recruitment best practice
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and other 3rd parties, when necessary, always being mindful of costs and efficiency.
  • Strong commitment and constant consideration to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I).
  • Confidence in using data to evaluate and continuously improve the success and impact of recruitment activity

Qualifications:


  • Track record in managing end to end recruitment campaigns with a key focus on designing, developing and implementing bespoke sourcing strategies and campaigns that support the needs of a fastgrowing organisation.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once, with often competing priorities.
  • Ability to use data to communicate, evaluate and influence decision making which positively impacts the recruitment process and provides relevant solutions to blockers/challenges.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with ability to challenge in an effective manner.
  • Solution focus identifies and recommends solutions which will add sustainable value.
  • A strong, supportive and trusted team player who works collaboratively to achieve collective team goals.
Additional Information


This is a hybrid role where you will split your time between working remotely and in our head office in Milton Keynes.
