Account Manager, Christchurch, £40,000 plus uncapped commission, Hybrid working

The purpose of this role


As a dynamic sales professional you'll be a pivotal Account Manager, creating revenue opportunities through retaining and growing key accounts as well as developing proposals for additional products and services.


Working with the Sales Director, you'll cultivate long lasting relationships by providing guidance and advice, managing the client through the decision-making process as well as becoming the voice of the customer to be involved in driving improvements inservices.


As Account Manager
you'll be responsible for:


  • Form consultative relationships with clients and develop future business opportunities
  • Renew expired contracts and develop proposals for additional products and services
  • Understand customers business strategy to drive alignment with customer objectives
  • Prepare regular expense, sales forecast, and sales activity reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in the IT industry software/SaaS sales experience
  • Background in B2B sales and account management
  • Excellent forecasting, qualification, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Passion for customer service
