Want to know a little about us?
At Novuna Vehicle Solutions, we're passionate about building a better tomorrow. Which is why we're lighting the way in the electric vehicle revolution. From family cars to HGVs, we're helping customers of all kinds on their journey to carbon-free mobility.

We're proud to be a
Top 50 Inclusive employer. We're a signatory of the
Women in Finance and the
Race at Work Charter and we're
Disability Confident Committed.

What does the role involve?
As a Risk Oversight Apprentice, you'll work towards a Level 4 Regulatory Compliance Officer apprenticeship qualification.

20% of your working week will be fully dedicated to off the job learning so you'll have plenty of opportunity to work towards your qualification and projects.

In addition to your apprenticeship studies, you'll receive
industry-leading training through our Customer First programme and our
accredited EV (electric vehicle) Academy.

Working as part of a small team, you'll use your newly-gained knowledge and skills to maintain the standards of ISO certification across 3 main areas.

These areas are Quality, Environment and Health & Safety.

Our office is based in Trowbridge where you'll spend your first few weeks full-time whilst undertaking your initial induction.

After that you'll be able to choose from working in the office full-time, or opting for
hybrid working where you can split your week between the office and working from home.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Performing internal audits across the business
  • Ensuring all Business Continuity Plans (BCP) are up to date
  • Performing oversight of teams and their processes in order to make suggestions for improvements

Beyond this, you'll put your qualification to good use and continue to grow your career at Novuna through development conversations with your Team Leader.

This could include higher level apprenticeship qualifications, joining our mentoring programming, taking part in our award winning Aspire Leadership course, and much more.

What are we looking for?

We'd like you to be able to demonstrate:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of accuracy
  • The ability to work on your own

What can we offer you?
At Novuna we take our people promise seriously. If you join us, you'll have a
chance to make a difference, opportunities to learn, and time to shine.

Our offer to you includes:

  • Up to 13% annual bonus, linked to company and individual performance
  • Flexible hybrid working
  • 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays and the option to buy/sell 5 days
  • Full wellbeing package including Bupa PMI, digital GP service, 24/7 employee assistance, plus wellbeing events throughout the year
  • Up to 10% employer pension contribution
  • Flexible benefits options such as cycle to work, discounted personal finance and insurance

What's the next step?

We're
Disability Confident Committed, so if you're a person with a disability, if you're neurodivergent, or if you have a condition that you believe may affect your performance during our selection process, we'll be happy to make reasonable adjustments to our processes for you.
