Can you make a positive difference to the lives of the victims and help to bring offenders to justice?

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills who works well under pressure to join our team as a Witness Care Officer.

We have one full-time, permanent vacancy available based at our Force Headquarters site at Ripley, the role is suitable for agile-working.

You will have experience of working within a customer care environment, and have the ability to work as part of a team and using your own initiative.

You will be a single point of contact for victims & witnesses and will work closely with police officers, criminal justice agencies & victim service providers throughout the court process.

You'll work as part of a team to improve witness satisfaction and reduce the number of ineffective trials.
