Open Ended Contract - Permanent: Full Time - 35 hours per week

Two Posts Available

The Opportunity:


Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Well organised, self-motivated, good communication skills and IT skills
  • As a technical expert manage reactive maintenance services through Measured Term Contracts and other specialist service providers
  • Carry out pre and post inspections/surveys of work to ensure appropriate planning and coordination of work
  • Liaise with clients to assess and specify their service needs and ensure expectations are managed
  • Good planning and communication skills to minimise disruption to clients, and meet changing demands and client requirements.
