Sales Admin Apprentice to join our team based in

Falkirk for the

Carrier Rentals part of the global Carrier Corporation

.

What will you be doing?

This role will be split between both sales and administration support
Quoting customers for new hire requirements
Outbound sales calls
Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers
Responding to customer queries
Assisting with all daily administration within the Depot
Assisting with hire order processing, contract entry and off hire processing
Keeping Intranet systems uptodate with all onhires, offhires, collections, deliveries, stock locations & statuses
Supporting fuel delivery requests
Raising purchase orders and capital expenditure requests
Assisting with supplier invoice disputes

What are we looking for?

3 GCSE's or equivalent at grade C / grade 4 and above, including Maths and English
Someone who is highly organised with good time management
Computer literate with great customer service skills
A willingness to attend college on a weekly basis, as agreed with your line manager and training provider
Ideally experience within an office/sales environment as well as a keen interest in sales
