You will have the drive to create and initiate change within the Operations function to enable the business to be as efficient as possible and participate in projects on an adhoc basis.

As the firm moves towards launch issues and problems may arise which need to be resolved, requiring the ability to think on your feet and perform under pressure.


Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:


  • Create, maintain, and improve internal operational processes that are essential in supporting the company's daytoday running.
  • Perform daily reconciliations including client money and asset positions.
  • Assist with the onboarding of clients to the exchange including due diligence, KYC and AML checks.
  • Support the team with daily operating tasks for the MTF.
  • Resolve client enquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Assist with MIS and regulatory reporting.
  • Perform ad hoc UAT system testing.
  • Engage in projects as and when required.

Knowledge and Experience Required:


  • 34 years' experience preferably in Operations in Financial Services
  • A proactive individual who is quick to learn and can hit the ground running.
  • Able to Identify opportunities to encourage positive changes within operations.
  • Keen interest in learning about digital assets and crypto.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to be organized and decisive while under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A structured and organized approach to their work and knows how to manage priorities and able to multitask.
  • Selfconfident and assertive.
  • The individual will need to be able to work as part of a team, but also have the confidence to work autonomously when required.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Other required Skillsets/Traits:


  • Experience at a trading venue would be advantageous.
  • Strong MS Access and Excel skills are desirable.
  • Experience in reconciliations is desirable.
  • Project experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
