Salary :
Hourly rate of between £14.70 and £ % shift depending on skills brought to the role.

Hours : 40 hours per week and are 5.45am to 1.45pm and 2.15pm to 10.15pm Monday to Friday alternating every two weeks (two weeks on earlies and two week on lates).

Spray Paint Team Leader Job description:

We are currently looking for a Team Leader within our Clients Wet Paint Department who will be responsible for leading a team of painters/preppers in the refinishing of major assemblies, sub assemblies and other items as required.

Spray Paint Team Leader main tasks:

Ensure that all work carried out by paint shop personnel is done so in accordance with the requirements of the Company Safety Policy, Company Handbook and other Health & Safety documents related to the substances and materials used in the paint process, suchas Material Safety Data Sheets.
To deputise for the Supervisor or other team leaders when required.
As a working team leader, painting and prepping, will continue to be a requirement of this role.

Spray Paint Team Leader qualifications:

The ability to identify problems, manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, have worked in a manufacturing or engineering paint shop environment with supervision background are all essential criteria for this role.
