Our Company:
Master Private Finance is a specialist finance intermediary-based brokerage, based in Norwich city centre.
We work with other financial advisers, solicitors, surveyors, and other industry professionals connecting clients in need of specialist finance to lenders you won't usually see on the high street.
We offer Bridging, Development and Commercial mortgages alongside Second Charge Mortgages (secured loans) and specialist buy to let. We also package for an array of non-high street residential mortgage lenders.
Master Private Finance is Directly Authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to provide whole of market, regulated advice on all regulated products.
The role:
As Broker Support with MPF, you will likely be the first voice a customer hears when they get in touch to offer a new case for review.
Whilst handling our existing broker network you will also manage our E-Mail in-tray, along with your team.
There will be a variety of tasks to complete which include data entry, validation of identity and/or original copy items, follow up calls and general administration.
You will play a vital role in supporting the existing team of advisers by completing their administration tasks whilst also learning from them as part of your development toward being a fully qualified adviser.
Support team to learn the role, our expectations, and our industry.
Once you have completed a successful probationary period of least 6-months we then look to begin your development as a qualified adviser.

The Person:
You will need a GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in English and Mathematics.
You will need an evidence-based background in a previous administrative role.
