E&G recruits on behalf of a market leader within FX and Payments.

Our client is seeking to hire an Entry Level FX Broker ideally from deliverable FX, to join their corporate department.

Your role will be to develop and maintain new business for a corporate FX desk. Ideally, you would be experienced or have a solid understanding of the deliverable FX product range.

Experience selling/dealing Spot, Forward, and options would serve to your advantage but the focus for this role is ensuring this hire has a solid B2B sales background.

Requirements:

Generate new business sales targeting the UK and European SME & corporate businesses

Engaging directors and decision-makers of medium-large businesses across a diverse range of Industries & sectors.

Utilise tools and corporate databases like CreditSafe to ensure you are targeting key accounts and businesses we are better positioned to help.

You will develop a relationship with your client to better understand their business and how they are exposed to FX.

Our goal is to offer the right FX hedging solution once we understand how our customers are challenged and exposed.

Understanding the mentality of solutions sales and having emotional intelligence is vital to success in this role.

You will work closely with your sales team and strategists to build and present valuable risk management solutions to clients - in time learn how to develop these solutions yourself.

You will develop trusted relationships with your existing portfolio of clients to retain their business and grow your portfolio.

Develop corporate partnerships and affiliate relationships.

You will keep yourself up to date with the latest market news.

Ensuring Trends and forecasts are reacted upon, and your clients are away of any volatility within FX before it takes place to ensure we are offering our customers the best hedging strategy within the FX industry.

The successful Entry Level FX Broker will need to be articulate, and confident to display a clear level of intelligence when consulting with corporate FX clients and can perform consistently in a role that is vital to the growth of the business.

This opportunity would suit someone keen on a fast-paced, sales environment.

Basic Salary - £20,000 to £35,000 DOE
Bonus & Commission £80k to £110k OTE
