Description

We are looking for a Head Football Coach to do a mixture of coaching, management of Football Club events, mentoring younger staff members along with managing your own teams and a team of young coaches.

The contract would be for 40 hours per week from Mondays to Saturdays.

All of our classes are held at schools or clubs in Warlingham, Whyteleafe, Caterham, Purley & South Croydon and the surrounding areas and you would work from our offices in Warlingham on a daily basis.

You will be working with children from ages years we are also looking at starting a 16-18's programe.

Must be FA qualified minimum level 2 and driving and with plenty of coaching experience_

Term Time
Typical Weekly Hours
Monday - Thursday (13:00 - 21:00)

Friday ( 13:00 - 16:30)

Saturdays (8:30 - 14:00)

Total 40 Hours Per Week

Typical Term Time Day _Monday - Friday_

13:00 - 15:00 - Work From Home, liaising with parents and arranging events for the academy

15:00 - 16:30 - Rotate between our after school club venues observing staff and mentoring apprentice coaches.

17:00 - 21:00 - Coach our Academy teams ranging from U- U16. You will be our academy manager and will coach all of our highest ability teams in each age groups.

Saturday Mornings - Lead a team of 6 coaches and 6 referee's in setting up the pitches and preparing for the mornings fixtures. Then you will coach your teams as they play competitive matches from 9:30 - 14:00.
