Lean Manufacturing Skills Coach

Pertemps Work Based Learning are currently working in partnership with a fantastic training provider who are based in the North East.

The training provider is currently recruiting for a number of roles to support within Lean Manufacturing. If you have experience delivering Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeships, we would love to hear from you
- £24,000 - £27,000

Typical duties of the Lean Manufacturing Skills Coach:

  • Coach, mentor, and guide learners who are engaged in the bootcamp course.
  • Plan and design specific industrystandard learning programmes in competencies, behaviours, and relationships.
  • Actively support, mentor, and motivate learners in their training course, and aid with the completion of this.
  • Prepare training/group session plans, utilising a variety of training methods, accommodating different learning styles.
  • Use effective material and appropriate resources, at a pace and level which meets learners needs.
  • Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximise their potential.
  • Observe, mark and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification.

Skills and Experience Required for the Lean Manufacturing Skills Coach:

  • Hold a recognised Assessors Award (CAVA, TAQA, A1)
  • Holding a recognised Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, Award in Education and Training), or be willing to work towards.
  • Up to date knowledge and experience working within Engineering, as well as experience working within the sector.
  • Up to date DBS, or able to obtain.
