Monday - Friday 08:00- 17:00

As a Facilities Administrator you will be working directly with our internal Engineers, Customers and Suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the IFM helpdesk, Service admin processes.

The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • General administration
  • Build relationships with clients / subcontractors / suppliers etc.
  • Allocating work requests to relevant engineer/subcontractors
  • Following up on already allocated work orders
  • Supporting the Customer Operations Manager and Supplier Compliance Manager with admin tasks

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Facilities maintenance knowledge desirable (Full training will be given)
