Monday - Friday 08:00- 17:00

As a Facilities Administrator you will be working directly with our internal Engineers, Customers and Suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the IFM helpdesk, Service admin processes.
- General administration
- Build relationships with clients / subcontractors / suppliers etc.
- Allocating work requests to relevant engineer/subcontractors
- Following up on already allocated work orders
- Supporting the Customer Operations Manager and Supplier Compliance Manager with admin tasks

- IT literate.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Facilities maintenance knowledge desirable (Full training will be given)
