The Role:

  • We've created a successful shared service centre using cutting edge digital technology to deliver HR, recruitment, finance, purchasing, payroll, and pensions transactions to over 75,000 customers across Hampshire County Council, Oxfordshire County Council, Schools, Hampshire Constabulary, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service and 3 London Boroughs. With much national interest in our unique approach and achievements, we're growing fast. Which is why we are looking for people with plenty of potential to join the team.
  • In this role, you will supervise a team of administrative staff whose main duties include creation of employment contracts and associated documentation using standard templates and processes. You will ensure resource is appropriately allocated, coordinate and direct the team in conjunction with other Supervisors to deliver services across customer groups and payroll areas, manage peaks and troughs in work with resource available at payroll running deadlines each month.
  • We're looking for someone with experience in a supervisor or management role, excellent IT skills, payroll and / or SAP knowledge, strong communication skills and ability to manage high volume activities. Excellent customer service skills will be essential to maintain and promote positive relationships with our customers.
