Meraki Talent are working with a Glasgow based Life & Pensions firm, who are actively seeking an experienced Pensions Manager to join their expanding operation.

This is a varied role which covers annuities and the pension journey while delivering a first class customer experience.

It is essential applicants have gained experience in the administration of annuity and pension policies, with the ability to manage an established team.

Key duties;

Managing a team of circa 15 staff
Providing annuities technical support for the wider team
Ensuring team members have regular 121's
Providing coaching and development opportunities
Managing the day to day performance of the team
Producing meaningful MI

Applicants should be CII or CISI qualified with previous experience of managing a team. Additionally, applicants should possess excellent communication skills, with a strong desire to coach and proactively develop the existing team. It is imperative applicantsare able to administer training plans.
This is a contract opportunity, offering an immediate start.
