Primary School Teaching Assistant | Lambeth | £80 - £100 PAYE | Immediate Start

Role:

Supporting young vulnerable pupil with learning and behaviour
Ensuring positive behaviour is displayed in the classroom
Identify barriers of how their behaviour has an impact on their education
Help to develop strategies and create action plans to encourage positive learning
Building a strong relationship with all students that you work with; be a positive role model.

Monday

Friday (8:30am 16:00pm)
Full-Time

This will be a 121 role

Requirements:

Have experience working with children/ young people, e.g., Youth Work | Mentoring | Tutoring | Childcare | Voluntary
Degrees in Maths, English, Sciences, Psychology, Education, Drama and Performing Arts are ideal, but we welcome applicants with degrees beyond this or relevant qualifications for working with children
Be friendly, confident, outgoing, and reliable
A genuine interest and passion for supporting young vulnerable pupil
Previous experience working with SEN\Challenging behaviour will be advantageous
