£30,000 (OTE £48,000)

Our client is a well-established company that has been trading for over 10 years and is now one of the world's leading parts manufactures, who are rapidly growing.
The responsibilities of the Sales Executive:
- Exceptional communication skills in all forms
- Be able to multitask in a high pressured environment
- Calling new and dormant customers to create new enquiries to start growing your account base
- Qualification of web enquiries in a timely manner to exceed customer expectations
- Maximising sales opportunities to ensure you are excelling in targets
- Confidently build relationships with key decision makers to ensure you can be part of their preferred supply chain
- Using initiative, commercial experience and techniques to gain the most effective results for the business. This will include negotiating payment terms, supplier choices and competitive pricing strategies
- Establish a portfolio of repeat customers that matches our service offering
Qualifications for a Sales Executive:
- Must be fluent in Finnish, German or Hungarian
- A positive attitude with a winning mentality
- Strive to work together to achieve the businesses vision
- IT Literate and some experience of using a CRM desirable
- Sales experience is a required
- Must be able to multitask in a high pressured environment
Benefits
- Mon-Thurs 7.30am till 16.30 pm Fri 7.30am till 15.30 pm
- 8 hours per day with an hour lunch (40 one week)
