Junior 2nd line IT Support Engineer

Junior 2nd line support engineer / Experience 1st line support engineer needed for client in Woking. This position is ideal for someone who is an experienced 1st line engineer looking to progress into 2nd line. You will be covering 1st line support whilealso dealing with 2nd line support but with support of experienced engineers.


Job Requirements


In this role you will be on the first point of contact team, creating new user accounts, PC and laptop troubleshooting and setups, software installations and password resets for examples.

You will also be given exposure in set-up and configuration of newhardware in preparation for onsite installation, and onsite installation work.

This is an on-site role for a very exciting client, lots of room to progress.

You must have experience working in an MSP.

Essential Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience within MSP
  • Active Directory administration
  • Microsoft 365 administration
