About the Role


Do you have a passion for people? Would your ideal job be working in an exciting, lively environment at an airport? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for an
Airport Lounge Host to join us at
United Airlines Lounge, Heathrow Airport.


With customer service at the heart of what you do, you'll be the first friendly face our visitors will see, and you'll set the tone for each guest's experience.

You'll bring our service to life, by engaging with guests, creating a memorable pre-flight experience. You'll play your part in getting the world moving again and brining families together

You must be able to provide 5 years working history, and 5 years address.


A few things about you


Your excellent attention to detail, and good communication skills will ensure that you'll become an invaluable part of our team.

You'll also have excellent organisational skills and love to provide service with a smile.

If you are a self-motivated individual, who can work on their own as well as in a team, and have experience in hospitality, we would love to hear from you

Main Responsibilities
- o ensure that Service Standards and Procedures are always followed.

  • To ensure all counters are set up to the Company's high standard and agreed specification.
  • To ensure that a ready supply of all service items is always available, liaising with Chefs and back of house staff to ensure a smooth, efficient service to our customers.
  • To always ensure correct Portion Control.
  • To ensure tables are cleaned and always cleared
