THE ROLE

There is now an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to come on board and join their close-knit and dedicated team.

Supporting on a range of events, as well as managing your own the role will include:


  • Assisting in the delivery of international events
  • Setting up online registration systems
  • Setting up virtual meeting environments
  • Supporting with information for proposals including venue sourcing
  • Delegate management including dealing with all enquires
  • Delegate registration (on site)
  • Managing travel and accommodation booking
  • Supplier liaison and negotiation
  • Taking ownership of running your own smaller events
  • Budget management including cost tracking
  • Onsite management
