Overall summary of the role:
Your role as Mobile Contracts Supervisor is vital as you are to ensure the day-to-day functions of Serna FM activities run smooth and satisfactory.
Responsible for ensuring effective methods are put into place for each of our sites and that it runs to its maximumproductivity.
To provide support to all sites in order to achieve the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene of the day-to-day operation of all sites to ensure achievement of KPIs for customer service and contract delivery with management of supervisorsand cleaning operatives.
Responsiveness, flexible to deliver hands-on support and able to meet short-notice demands are important. Main roles and responsibilities will include the below but not limited toDescription
- Assure that all operations are conducted in line with company regulations
- Ensure customised specifications for each site are carried out and followed through
- To ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Carry out risk assessments and follow up all relevant Health a Safety requirements
- Report any incidents or accidents according to the company procedure
- Quality control monitor use of chemical products, consumables, uniforms and PPE
- Asset control
- Report maintenance issues
- Ensure appropriate level of staff/operative retention through effective leadership and motivation.
- Assist with employee enrolment procedure in accordance with Serna FM procedures

- To ensure that the operational team is recruited, trained and retained thus ensuring the highest level of goodwill and motivation towards the company and customers is attained.
- Aim to strengthen client relationships and ensure the successful continuance of site contract operations
