Registered Manager at Lansdowne Care Home

  • A salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum

**About the Role

As an experienced Registered Manager, you will be a highly visible and proactive leader providing general management support for the established and skilled care and non-care teams.


You will provide effective and strategic leadership in compliance with CQC regulations and contractual requirements and ensure that care plans for new and existing residents are person-centred and meet their physical and mental health requirements.

You will have a strong willingness to develop your existing team and take an active role in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members

About You

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent desirable
  • Management qualification at level 4 or above
  • Demonstrable excellent experience managing in a care setting for vulnerable people
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in care home governance and compliance.
