We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our manufacturing client, based in Telford.

You will be responsible for leading performance and continuous improvement driven activities across the manufacturing site with the aim to evaluate current process and procedures, analyse data and implement any changes where possible.

The Continuous Improvement Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Lead performance and continuous improvement activities
  • Ensure accurate SOPs are in place and maintained
  • Evaluate current manufacturing processes and identify any areas of improvement
  • Identify any problems through data analysis and implement any improvements where needed
  • Aim to reduce waste and inefficiency where possible
  • Monitor manufacturing environment and workflow to maximise efficiency
  • Analyse and report on processes, methods, waste management and production schedules
  • Train and develop a team of operatives to successfully implement improvement changes
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business

Skills and Experience required:


  • Experience and knowledge of manufacturing production and processes
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certified or above
  • Experience implementing and working to Lean, 6 sigma, Kaizen
  • Strong data analysis skills will be advantageous
