Food Production Manager / Chef £30-£35k London NW3

This role is based in a premium retail environment so is 8am to 5pm and is focussing on quality products for their "Food to Go" range.

Your brief:

to manage the entire food production operation in one of our busiest & newly refurbished stores based in Belsize Park.

Managing people and processes across food production to ensure our clients deliver a range of food products that meet theirhigh-quality standards,

You'll deal with day-to-day pressures and planning and bringing new ideas.

That will include agreeing shift patterns, allocating tasks, being a visible leader for their great service; coaching and motivating your team to work together productively, and solvingperformance issues.

Giving honest feedback, supporting people through change, and setting expectations.

A production kitchen background or Restaurant background
Previous management experience, where you have been responsible for driving change and developing your team.
Good understanding of allergens, micro issues and quality risks.
