Attention all aspiring Assistant Management Accountants A leading manufacturing company in Milton Keynes is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their finance team.

This is an opportunity where you will get to work closely with a passionate Finance Director as you assist with financial reporting and developing the financial services offered to the wider business.

- motivated with a great work ethic who wants to absorb information, knowledge and skills from the team around them.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
Analysing financial data and identifying areas of improvement
Assisting in budget preparation and variance analysis
Supporting in the preparation of financial reports for senior management
Ensure all processes comply with operational and statutory requirements
AAT Qualified (Early studier of ACCA/CIMA also beneficial)
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn and grow Take opportunities to develop and assist the business with its objectives
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience of Dynamics 365 is beneficial
