Our client are a long-established and successful event and exhibition design and build contractor based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.


Their business - designing, building, and installing exhibition stands and conference sets for a wide range of blue-chip UK and international companies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Approving and posting supplier invoices.
  • Proposing and setting up supplier payment runs.
  • Posting preprepared customer invoices.
  • Posting payments from bank statement.
  • Posting petty cash transactions.
  • Posting Barclaycard transactions.
  • Posting depreciation journals.
  • Month end checks and reconciliations.
  • Reconciling Sage to supplier statements.
  • Calculating and preparing subsistence allowances for onsite work.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 4 hours per day, preferably 10am - 2pm (can be flexible)

Car parking on-site.
