The Role:


At present, Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of our stellar clients locally in the Southampton area who are currently on the search for an experienced Parts Advisor.


This will give you the opportunity to develop your career with an ever growing motor trade business and join a team of experienced and professional Parts Advisors.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
Greeting customers in a positive manner when they enter the department

Assist in achieving the KPI's attributed to the parts department

Monitor work progress & acting on any issues of concern

Follow the company ordering process for parts ensuring costs are within company agreements

To order, maintain and control the impressed stock levels to ensure all vehicles are dealt with efficiently

Achieve set targets (both overall business targets and individual targets) set by your line manager

And above all, you must work well within a team, be confident in working under pressure and remain organised at all times


The Package:

£25,000 Basic Salary

Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:30

20 Days paid holiday plus bank holidays [Increasing with service] + a day off on your Birthday

In house training and opportunities for progression + access to the company share scheme
