    Product Leadership Opportunity at The MRJ Group

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Lead to join our team at The MRJ Group. If you have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, leading projects to successful delivery, and driving innovation, we want to hear from you.

    The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and managing products from the ground up, overseeing teams, and consistently delivering successful outcomes. You will be responsible for leading high-impact product deliveries, managing resources, timelines, and scope, and ensuring client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the full lifecycle of product deliveries, from concept to completion, ensuring successful results and client satisfaction.
    • Take ownership of project delivery, managing resources, timelines, and scope to ensure flawless execution.
    • Build credibility with clients through proven product strategy and delivery.
    • Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and fostering strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business and product goals.
    • Drive innovation and growth within the product portfolio by demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset.

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven experience in product leadership with a track record of building, managing, and delivering projects from start to finish.
    • Hands-on experience overseeing the complete product development lifecycle, ensuring on-time and successful delivery.
    • Strong client-facing skills, ability to establish trust and credibility in product strategy and execution.
    • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with capacity to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

    Location: Hybrid working from Manchester, Northwest (must be based in the UK without visa/sponsorship requests).
