We are now on the hunt to find a Customer Service Advisor, with a can-do attitude, to join a successful company with some exciting growth plans

As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Proactively calling customers to talk with them about products and be their point of contact
Recording customer data, scheduling calls and booking reviews through the CRM system
Analysing sales data to highlight the key product/seasonal trends, spending patterns
Researching & developing new customer opportunities
Adhering to targets, deals & call schedules including the follow up protocol to resolve quotes

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with the following skills and experience:

Some experience as a Customer Service Advisor or account management
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
A strong relationship/rapport builder with an inquisitive mindset
Selfstarter who takes responsibility for their own work and actions in a proactive manner
Proficient IT skills and able to pick things up quickly

In return, a Customer Service Advisor you can expect a salary of £19,000 to £21,000 plus benefits such as:
