Firestopping - Batt and Mastic systems/compounds/intumescent closing devices

Structural Fire Protection

Promat P250, Vermiculux, Vicuclad, Supalux and Monolux
BG Glasroc
Promat Durasteel

Soffit insulation:

Kingspan K10/Rockwool RW

Slab edge protection

Rockwool

/Hilti/Lamatherm ect

Fire curtain and smoke barriers
Rockwool

/Firefly

Air sealing, smoke sealing and acoustic sealing
Ductwork fabrication of fire rated ductwork systems using board systems stated above

Composite walling/ceiling systems

Durasteel/Durawall/ all whitewall panel systems
Metal and wooden fire door installations

Main Duties

Full compliance with Company safety methods, procedures and the requirements of our customers.
Working to instructions on the basis of either:
Daily instruction from a supervisor/manager.
Initial instruction from a supervisor/manager then working independently with direct client contact.
In accordance with instruction following system installation procedures and method statement requirements.
Recording of all works on quality assurance record sheets, hand marking drawings with installed work on a daily basis.
Monitoring of material levels and reordering through the company procedures.
Reporting/liaising with site supervisor/site managers on a daily basis.
