Scheduling Administrator Support Team Leader

Pertemps are currently supporting a highly successful client with an Administration Support Team Leader role.
This role will be essential in providing contractual support to the mobile and site-based teams to ensure high quality Customer Service and efficientdelivery of back-office systems.
The team within this role will look at you for support and guidance with tasks and you will be crucial in ensuring that these tasks are completed in a proactive and efficient manner.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of administration staff by ensuring all processes such as absence, lateness, adherence, personal development and setting of objectives as followed in line with company processes and procedures
- Ensuring the scheduling team have adequate support throughout the day
- Demonstrate a clear and focused approach by maintaining Customer Service and improving Customer Relationships
- Ensure all team members are contributing equally and complete a review of workloads using monthly generated reports
- Have a strong focus on managing financial issues to maximise profitability from reactive and scheduled extra works
- Demonstrate a rapid response to customer billing issues and show a systematic approach to problem solving
- Resolve issues at first level and escalate when required
- Monitor and review the completion of jobs on the compliance document tracker, highlighting issues and omissions to the contracts and account managers
- Monitor and review the contract monthly reports and escalate to contract managers, account managers and regional managers when necessary
- Ensure the team and yourself handle all contacts in a professional manner
- Responsible for delivery of monthly overtime submission for all contract staff and engineers
- Ensure all timesheets are being logged correctly
- Provide full support and further training to support the team and any new starters
- Background in a scheduling team lead role (preferably within a facilities management sector)
- Good IT knowledge and experience using MS Outlook and Office packages
- Knowledge of different systems including some inhouse
- Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
