(Permanent, 40 Hours a Week)

Job Summary
Duties include:
- Research accounts and develop new leads whilst actively upselling and crossselling to existing customers.
- Handling incoming enquiries efficiently and swiftly.
- Make accurate cost quotations to customers.
- Being the key point of contact for new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain long lasting relationships with key accounts and existing customers.
- Generating sales from the customer database HubSpot inline with targets and departmental KPI's.
- Taking customers to supplier showrooms.
- Sourcing samples for customers.
- Being aware of and responsive to market trends and new industry products.
- Monitor competitor activity.
Essential Skills
Administration skills Enthusiastic Self motivated and driven Willingness to learn
Confident Strong communication and negotiation skills Numeracy Can work under pressure
Desirable Skills
Previous experience of HubSpot desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
