What we want from you:

We're looking for a highly creative and strategic thinker to join our team as Creative Director, where you'll play a fundamental role in evolution of our frog brand.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring our creative vision to life in a way that's aligned with our business goals and objectives.

You'll lead the design and strategy for frog's marketing program, acting as the focal point for marketing projects as a day-to-day design leader.

Your leadership and experience will be key, as you'll guide designers, technologists, program managers and editors to achieve your vision.

You must be eager to involve colleagues and stakeholders in the design process, highly responsive to feedback, and excited to present your team's ideas in front of executives.

What you'll be doing:

Oversee the creative development of marketing and brand campaigns, including concept development, copywriting, and design.
Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company's goals and brand vision.
Lead a team of two or three designers to achieve the highest level of performance while hitting timelines and building team harmony.
Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Set the creative standards for the frog brand, demonstrating a deep understanding of the audience, business requirements and constraints.
Continuously monitor and embrace creative trends and competitor activity to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive.
Work with senior leadership teams to develop and manage the creative budget.
Lead and contribute to develop insights, define, and prioritize opportunity areas, and visualize concepts for new frog brand initiatives.
Manage, coach and mentor junior colleagues, providing guidance and support for their growth, with specific and actionable feedback.

We'd love to meet someone with:

Extensive visual design experience
Highly developed design skills with an ability to think creatively and strategically, demonstrated in your portfolio of work.
An outstanding track record as a design leader and contributor for experience strategies, design systems, products, services and customer experiences that delight customers/users and achieve business results
Experience in branding strategy, supported by an understanding of business objectives and performance.
Understanding of contemporary design trends, tools and methodologies.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide high performing teams using persuasion and influence.
Strong problemsolving skills and an ability to think creatively in a fastpaced environment.
Experience collaborating in multifunctional teams as the visual design lead.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
Good management experience is preferable.
Academic, professional, or life experience from outside the design field that enriches your perspective as a designer.
