As the Trainee Technical Author, you will help produce the technical documentation for VHF and UHF communication systems and products in a clear and unambiguous way using Simplified Technical English.

You will liaise with the Product and Application Engineering Teams to produce technical documentation for Indra Park Air products and systems including, but not limited to:

• Product Manuals
• System Handbooks
• System Build Documentation
• Cabinet Build Information
• Technical Data Sheets

This is a trainee role and would suit someone who is interested in starting a career as a technical author.

You will be able to demonstrate an exceptional level of both written and verbal English, with a GCSE Grade A - C or equivalent.

You will have excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills. You will be methodical in your approach with the ability to effectively communicate to a range of internal stakeholders.

You must be a confident user of all MS Office packages, if you have experience with Adobe Framemaker that would be great but if not, full training will be provided.

Please note this is not a web design or marketing role but more focused on technical documentation.
