Description
Waste Management Facilities are a national waste management broker based in Bournemouth, Dorset. We are a family run business established in 2003.

We are looking for an office based Sales Ledger Clerk with a focus on Credit Control to join our busy, growing team.

Hybrid working is offered following training, based on one day a week from home.


Responsibilities to include:

  • Daily banking and receipt allocation, including PDQ transactions
  • Raising and sending customer invoices
  • Proactively managing the collection of outstanding monies and minimizing the risk of bad debt
  • Managing overdue accounts, liaising internally, and escalating issues when required
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Reviewing customer credit accounts
  • Issuing customer statements
  • Creating direct debit mandates
  • Processing the customer direct debit run
  • Managing and issuing customer rebates
  • Reporting and providing support to the finance director
  • Working closely with the sales and customer service departments with regards to any account related enquiries

Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year
