We have more than one role, but previous experience in Open Banking, Payments, Digital Customer Onboarding or Personalisation would be an advantage.

How you'll make a difference

The role will be responsible for creating, directing and supporting feature teams to adher e to Scrum principles and practices, facilitating the agile development process and ensuring that the cycles of continuous improvement occurs.

What you'll bring

Excellent communication with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Proven delivery capability across multi-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groupings

Leadership, coaching and mentoring experience with the ability to manage and motivate the team.

Experience of leading agile/scrum teams directly and operating within an agile operation, including the creation of high performing teams

Strong analytical skills.

Advanced knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. Kiplot, JIRA, Confluence).
