We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Aftermarket Project Management Team within a leading engineering and technology-driven organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to Project Managers and engineering teams
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports, and dashboards

Essential skills & experience   
Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role (engineering/technical environment preferred)
