Kip McGrath Education Centres is a global provider of student education services and is looking for a well presented, customer-orientated
Assessor and Services Assistant in its UK Head Office based in Gloucester, eventually supporting multiple sites.


Our Assessor and admin assistant will carry out assessments to ensure that parents and carers receive the most in depth and accurate picture of where their child's strengths in English and or maths are, and where the Kip McGrath tuition programme could bolster and support further development of these skills.

These assessments are carried out online or face to face.

We are looking to recruit engaging and personable assessors, confident to sell our services and provide our tutors and support staff with accurate student baseline levels.


  • Hours of work are 35 hours per week, between the hours of 09:00 to 20:00 Monday
  • Saturday hours to be agreed._
**Duties & responsibilities include:
- *
  • Completing standardised English and maths assessments with students aged 616 years.
  • Providing accurate and professional feedback to parents, carers, and schools.
  • Showcasing our bespoke system to potential new customers.
  • Successfully selling our services and enrolling students in adherence to our companies procedures and standards.
  • Supporting the tutor and students in sessions.
  • System trouble shooting and technical support.
  • Other admin support.

Education, Skills and Qualifications:


  • Customer service experience (Essential)
  • Sales experience (Desirable)


  • Qualification

  • At least 5 GCSEs A
  • C or equivalent
  • Teaching/Education background (Desirable)
  • Computer literate, able to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Excellent attendance, punctuality, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good negotiation and sales skills
  • Passionate about education and working with children and young people
  • A strong work ethic
  • DBS clearance

£20,000.00-£23,660.00 per year
