Job brief
We are looking for an energetic Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team.

Oceana Hotels aim to set ourselves apart from others with a level of service and attention to detail that is second to none and an atmosphere that can only be described as a home-from-home.

Main responsibilities

Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as efficiently as possible.
Collect and wash up pots and pans.
Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
Unload food and equipment deliveries.
Keep the storeroom organised.
Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.

Requirements:

Ability to carry out tasks quickly and efficiently
Ability to work on your own and use your initiative
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to follow instructions
Great communication skills
Have a legal right to work in the UK
