Rotating 3 shift system

Days_05:30 14:00 Nights_ 21:3006:00 Afternoons_13:3022:00

Main Responsibilities of the Role but not limited to:

Report directly to your Team Leader
Operation of production line
Contribute to shift performance KPI deliverables covering safety, quality, productivity and cost
Ensuring company standards are maintained in terms of safety, quality, compliance and conduct whilst achieving required production performance targets (OTIF, labour and material variance) in accordance with egeplast international GmbH and egeplast UK Quality, Environmental and Energy policies
Performing within the team to ensure high levels of attendance, conduct and compliance
Assist in achieving department objectives/metrics.
Undertake training of standard operating procedures
Accurate booking on of finished products/scrap, none compliant production
Proactively assisting in ensuring company equipment and plant are maintained in good condition, reporting faults or damaged equipment
Assisting in driving continuous improvements including taking part in meetings and contribute initiatives
Assist in resolving issues within the process

- problem solving by root cause analysis and corrective action plans
