We are an accredited Meter Operator and Meter Asset Manager which means that not only do we own the smart meter asset, but we can fit the smart meter on behalf of your energy supplier.
This makes us the face of the energy supplier; the ones who visit your home or business and our qualified Dual Fuel Meter Installers undertake the installation.
In addition to this we also undertake revenue protection work for our energy suppliers. That's why we pride ourselves in delivering first class customer service to all of our consumers.From the point of booking through to installation our personalised consumer journey keeps everyone informed every step of the way.

Summary of the role
The principal purpose of this role is to assist the Data Operations team in quality checking job outcomes, maintaining systems, ensuring the work of our field operatives is up to the required standards.
We have a growing number of field operatives, clients and systems which means that we need to stay on top of our quality assurance processes.
Your overarching key responsibilities
- Data handling and creating outcome files
- Maintaining quality assurance scorecards
- Being able navigate multiple systems for different contracts
- Reporting findings to key stakeholders within the business
- Spot trends within the data to help us address training gaps within the field force
- Reviewing the quality of job outcomes and notes left by field operatives
- Administrative tasks such as clipping body cam footage and storing it safely so that it can be accessed in future.
Where you will fit in the Company
- You will be part of the Data Operations Team and will report into the Head of Managed Services. You will have regular communication with Senior Management.
What we are ideally looking for in you
- Experience of using Microsoft Office (Especially Word, Excel and Teams)
- Happy to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to review data and spot trends
- Takes care in their work and pays attention to detail

Holidays:23 days + 8 bank holidays Plus 1 Incremental service day, up to a maximum of 25 days annual leave
