Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Customer Service Advisor/Admin team member to join our leading independent accident repair centre.


The main purpose of the job is to deal with customer requirements for vehicle repair in an efficient and courteous manner and to ensure a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor

  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Multitasking and prioritising tasks
  • Attention to detail in all administration
Skills and Qualifications of a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor

  • Excellent customer service and organisation skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team environment

Entry requirments:
GCSE (or equivalent) grade A*-B or 9-6 in Maths and English. Predicated grades are accepted.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
