Job Purpose Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Daily Cashflow.
- Processing Purchase Ledger Invoices.
- Reconciling Supplier Statements.
- Raising Sales Ledger Invoices.
- Preparing BACS Payments.
- Process, Check and Maintain Barclaycard Reports.
- Inputting General Ledger Journals.
- Assist with Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
- Assist with Preparation of Annual Budget
- VAT Returns.
- CITB Levy/CITB Claims.
- General Accounts/Administration Duties.
- Participate in the Planning of the Department's Workload
- Assist Other Departments When Required.
Skills/Experience:
- Good Microsoft Excel and Word experience are essential.
- Experience using accounting software is required.
- Experience working in an accounts role is essential. Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial.
- AAT Level 4 required.
