Buildings & Maintenance Manager

Location:Stroud

Hours:9am - 5pm | Fulltime | Permanent

Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly to achieve maximum efficiency.
Liaise with external contractors for large scale works
Ensure correct policies around physical security of all premises, right tools, and systems in place to comply with relevant standards and insurance requirements.
Conduct and manager maintenance tasks
Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.
Manage capacity needs to meet business requirements, coordination with contractors to ensure correct and timely works, and all aspects to ensure a smooth implementation.
Day to day management of safety implementing effective measures to control fire practises, first aid, building security, health and environmental risks on a daytoday basis.
Take overall responsibility for the safety, cleanliness and maintenance of all our internal and external environments.
To ensure all staff (including outside contractors), buildings and services comply with health & safety legislation and to undertake 'risk assessments' relating to the Estates function.
