Responsibilities:

Provide coverage for absent teachers on a daily or longterm basis
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for students
Adapt to different teaching styles and curriculum requirements
Collaborate with school staff to ensure seamless transitions for students

Requirements:

Preference for a degree in Education or QTS, but not mandatory
Teaching/Tuition experience
Proven experience in education
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
