We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled

Property Care Specialist:
Cleaner, Stager & Maintenance Expert to join our Property Management Business.

This role requires a
vehicle and full UK driving licence with proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, with some weekend work on rotation as required.

Salary:
Dependent on experience. Overtime opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning properties according to the provided rota, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standard.
Staging properties and rooms as per the instructions given by the line manager, creating appealing and presentable spaces.
Adhering to the Employers Manual and instructions to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and protocols.
Prioritising health and safety, wearing appropriate protective equipment, and following instructions for the safe use of cleaning products.
Ensuring each property adheres to necessary health and safety requirements.
Completing online forms and other related documentation as required by the company.
Reporting any maintenance issues discovered during cleaning activities.
Conducting property checks on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure compliance with company standards.
Identifying and reporting any health and safety hazards promptly.
Attending mandatory staff meetings and supervisions with your line manager.
Utilising general handyman and maintenance skills to address propertyrelated issues, such as changing light bulbs, unblocking toilets and sinks, etc.
Maintaining property gardens as required.
Addressing and resolving waste management issues at properties.

Qualifications:

Full UK driving licence and own transport (mileage will be reimbursed).
Proven experience in cleaning and property maintenance.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Selfmotivated with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to work independently.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Professional, positive, ambitious, flexible, and enthusiastic approach.
Willingness to take ownership of the role and work outside of regular hours as needed.

Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour
