Resourcing Group are recruiting for a new exciting opportunity for x4 experienced planners to join a successful social housing contractor.

Job Description;

To ensure all works orders received are scheduled immediately upon receipt and thereafter completed within target timescales leading to delivery of contractual key performance indicators.

To ensure that all jobs are appointed at first contact and thereafter monitor systems to ensure appointments made are kept by the workforce and report appointment failings immediately to the supervisor.

Skills/ Experience Required

Proven Experience of working in a similar position
Previous experience of working within social housing
A clear commitment to a customercentred service and continuous improvement.
Effective diary management and ability to work to deadlines.
Ability to prioritise both personal and team activity.
Computer literate including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Effective interpersonal skills to enable relationships to be built at all levels.
Decision making, problem solving and innovation.
Achieving results through individual and teamwork.
Report creating and populating.

Package/ Benefits

Salary:
£28k PA

Hours:
The successful applicant can choose to work 8.30am to 5pm or 8 till 4.30pm with 1 hour lunch. 37.5 hours per week
