Description

Our Global Blue Chip client is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Team Lead with RHEL experience and SC clearance and be prepared to obtain DV clearance to join their growing team.

This role attracts a competitive salary of up to £45k and DV clearance.

In this role you will actively participate in suggesting and implementing strategic improvements to develop client relationships. The ability to demonstrate "out-of-the-box" thinking is essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

Manage RHEL Extended Update Support (EUS) service day to day.
Acts as POC for Red Hat Enterprise Linux EUS to ensure management teams have completed workloads and within set budgets.
Develop and plan project documents such as work packages, briefs, statements of works, job descriptions etc.
Manage accounts and act as POC of specific service lines.
Act as POC for escalations/requests and assign resolvers as part of the wider team.
Manage escalations in projects and business as usual from different stakeholders.
Take responsibility of duties such as personal development plans, absence and performance management, holiday planning, scheduling, oneonone meetings with direct reports, team meetings, onboarding and offboarding, time management chores, hiring, and resource management.
Create performance metrics and deliver presentations to clients and account managers.
Manage and regulate audits.
Report and assess KPIs.
Communicate business updates to relevant stakeholders.
Review financial expenses and liaise with relevant departments to create forecast reports for clients and account managers.
Manage security access of team, H&S and donning of PPE.
Control and plan stock of different accounts.
Attend weekly comms meetings and implement delivery.
