Document Management System Senior Analyst (Birmingham) - £50k - £60k - Legal

Are you experienced with iManage Work 10 and looking for a new challenge in your career? Do you have demonstrable experience of iManage RAVN indexer? I'm looking to speak with individuals who are comfortable investigating and resolving issues with the Document Management System. You will be able to demonstrate that you have experience with Microsoft Office and Operating Systems including PowerShell. Youmust be comfortable working independently, as well as being able to provide support to your team when required.

Key Responsibilities
Use your knowledge to investigate and resolve issues with DMS, recognising when to escalate to iManage support or DMS Architect

Gain a detailed knowledge of the company's iManage client, servers and related iManage systems, both on premise and in the cloud

Write and maintain SQL code to develop and enhance DMS back end processes

Assist in the configuration of DMS systems and provide support for software upgrades

Be the point of contact for 2 nd /3 rd line teams who use the DMS on a daily basis

Assist with the maintenance of technical documentation for the DMS system

Minimum of three years' experience of iManage support and administration (Server Version 10.x or above)

Experience of Microsoft Office and Operating Systems, including PowerShell

Previous experience with SQL Server (preferably 2016 or later) including data analysis and manipulation

Some experience of legal industry business requirements

Previous experience of iManage RAVN indexer

Desired experience with:

iManage utilities such as Archive Manager and Refiler

iManage Security Policy Manager

The Work 10 REST API

iManage Work workspace maintenance tools

Database design and file management techniques
